I see how to get a pointer for a Procedure's argument by using "GetSimulateParameter" but how do I get a pointer to a Function's Return value in simulate mode?

No pointer is used - the OnSimulate return Variant is used for the simulated function return. See the ATEasy Help OnSimulate topic for an example. The return is a variant and ATEasy will convert it to the simulated function return type.
