Hi All,

I have some questions regarding GX-5055 specifications.
1.  The resolution is spec'd at 16 bits.  What is the ENOB effective number of bits?
2.  What is the input impedance for each channel?  Currently I divide the voltage swing by the leakage current assuming the channels have CMOS inputs.
3.  The effective accuracy of the force current spec. of 100uA (e.g) can be improved through calibration.  How stable is such a calibration?  How often must calibration be performed?
