Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on supervisory position that is responsible for the design, build, and test of electronic test hardware and test software to support engineering. The selected candidate will provide guidance to the team in design tolerance, component selection, design for reliability and manufacturability. The selected candidate will monitor accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of required documentation for electrical and mechanical assemblies, printed circuit boards, parts and software.
Required Recent Experience / Knowledge:
- BSEE or equivalent (i.e. must have solid engineering proficiency in Electrical Engineering)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in product development and supervision, manufacturing of electronics systems, product manufacturability, design migration to production, and associated manufacturing cost reduction.
- The candidate must have strong hands on experience in:
- Test methodologies and test software development.
- Analog, Digital, mixed-signal processing, control systems, sensors, Microprocessors, microcontrollers, DSP, and PLDs, FPGAs.
- Schematic capture using tools like: OrCAD, Altium, PSpice, and Verilog, PCB design and testing
- Good time management skills and demonstrated efficiency in providing engineering support on multiple concurrent projects
- Ability to create and manage electrical specifications and test procedures
- Ability to do low-level review of the designs
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated people skills, both inside and outside the project team
- Ability to motivate and develop professionals to achieve their highest proficiency

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will develop custom circuit design/architecture and internal documentation, and interpret technical requirements. Design PLD or FPGA, electronic schematic diagram, PCBs, test prototype and verify compliance with design requirements. Responsibilities:
- Prepares and executes production schedules in a timely manner to meet demand and delivery goals.
- Leads the production planning process on site, communicating with production and all other functions to ensure plans meet all customer commitments.
- Rushes production orders that are needed in less than normal lead time to improve the shortfall between the current plan and requirements to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Work with engineering and production to assign accurate routings which detail the method of manufacture of a particular item, including operations to be performed, their sequence, the various work centers involved, and the standards for setup and run times.
- Effectively utilize existing ERP system to accurately plan production and reflect correct standards, resources, and work centers
- Production reporting and status control including manufacturing order authorization, release, acceptance, operation start, delay reporting, scrap and rework reporting, and order close-out.
- Assist the program management team in creating and tracking program schedule as well as resolving conflicts
- Ensure that engineering BOMs and other documents are accurate before releasing to kitting allowing efficient kit creation
- Create reports summarizing status as well as look ahead needs and planning
- Familiar with the purchasing process and supply chain management
Required Recent Experience / Knowledge:
- Three years’ experience in production planning, or five years related manufacturing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. A combination of education and experience may be considered in place of a college degree.
- Ability to monitor progress, make changes and reset priorities to the production schedule as required to keep projects on time and the schedule accurate.
- Able to identify resource requirements and deadlines and anticipate important or critical events.
- Understand standards (time measurement) and operations strategy to ensure necessary resources are available to meet customer objectives.
- Knowledge of various scheduling techniques (forward, backward, make to order, make to stock, etc.).
- Maintains a high comfort level using ERP software from a production/engineering/inventory control perspective within a manufacturing environment.
- High proficiency using Excel.
- Familiar with Microsoft Project or related project scheduling tools
- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with supervisors, machinists, assemblers, technicians, and engineers.
- Willingness and ability to identify opportunities for improvement and make suggestions for change.
- Nice to have PMP or APICS credential

Responsibilities:
Test and Inspects products at various stages of the production process (Incoming, In Process, Final, Shipping, RMA, First Articles) and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products. Select products for test as specified at different stages in production process, and test products for variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance, mechanical, electrical or chemical characteristics. Record and evaluate test data, apply statistical quality control procedures.
Required Recent Experience / Knowledge:
- 5 years’ experience performing inspections of electronic and mechanical assemblies.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry such as: decimals, fractions, length, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to read and comprehend electrical and mechanical schematics and drawings for cable/harness.
- Ability to use mechanical measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, surface plate, height gauge, pin gages, radius gages, threading gages, calculators, computers and electrical measurement tools, etc.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams and confers with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards.
- Extensive knowledge of IPC-600, IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC 610 and J-STD-001.
- AS9102 FAIR preferred but, not required.
- Hard Worker, dedicated, team oriented and self-motivated. Able to work under minimum supervision.
- Work in a team environment and must have good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 WPM.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Responsibilities:
This position requires a strong background in project management in development programs with a degree in a Electrical/electronic Engineering. The successful candidate will manage development of systems/products employing electronics, software, firmware, and electro-mechanical components/assemblies. The ideal candidate will have experience in prior work as a development engineer for aerospace or defense related products. The candidate will benefit from having a broad engineering background, preferably for use in military or commercial aviation. Knowledge of airborne weapon systems and /or weapon carriage equipment is preferred.
In the role of the Technical Program Manager, the candidate will be expected to facilitate communication between design engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance functions at Marvin, as well as with customer program management and engineering specialists. The candidate will play a central role in creating and maintaining AS9100 program plans and the attendant evidence of compliance for the R&D group. During new business campaigns, the TPM will play a key role in creating and supporting development of technical and cost inputs for responses to customer inquiries and requests for proposal.
The candidate must be flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as a member of a cross functional team and as an individual contributor. The candidate should possess a strong working knowledge of program planning, including experience with Microsoft Project, and the Microsoft Office suite. - Minimum BSEE, (or equivalent) and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in design of components or systems in a development environment, preferably for military or commercial aviation.
- Must be able to generate and track program schedules using Microsoft Project
- Must be well organized and capable of taking requirements from a high/summary level to generate compliant lower level program control and reporting documents, plans activities which can be followed by other team members.
- Must have experience with reading and interpretation of MIL-STD documents
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be fluent in written and spoken English
- Must be able to write technical reports, typically to document programmatic and technical status. Evidence of accomplishment in documentation of work product through program plans, AS9100 documents, technical reports, test reports etc. will be considered as a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Project is essential
