ATEasy comes with a one-year subscription and support plan. The plan allows you access to our technical staff to get you started and provides basic assistance. To activate the one-year support plan, you must create a web based M@GIC account at www.MarvinTest.com/magic and register your software.

The web-based support allows you to log in and submit issues such as bug reports, problems, how to questions, suggestions, download updates and more. Once an issue is submitted you will be notified automatically when the issue status is changed, then you'll be able to revisit M@GIC to reply to question or read answers posted by our professional tech support personnel. Telephone support is also available on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) by calling (949) 263-2222. For telephone support times and availability outside of the Americas, contact your local Marvin Test Solutions distributors.

After the initial year is over you can continue to receive free upgrades and technical support by renewing and purchasing an additional Software Subscription and Support plan.

Software Subscription and Support

ATEasy's Subscription and Support is an all-inclusive service that provides premium support and software upgrades for ATEasy. It includes:

        Unlimited technical support assistance for immediate solutions.

        Access to senior application engineers for advice and guidance in application development.

        Free updates and upgrades to new versions of ATEasy while you subscription is current.

        Free access to instrument drivers, examples, knowledge base and user forums at Marvin Test Solutions web site.

        Support and subscription can be renewed provided it is done before you current agreement ends.

Marvin Test Solutions provides both pre-sales and post-sales technical support for all products. Our Technical Support engineers are qualified to help you select hardware and software for your application, explain the specifications, and assist you in designing and building a complete test system.

If you purchased the Subscription and Support service, follow these steps to activate the service:

1.      Register your software using the ATEasy Registration Card included in your package

2.      Follow the License Setup instructions to set up ATEasy.

ATEasy Training

Marvin Test Solutions provides 3-Day and 5-Day ATEasy training programs. If you purchased a training program, contact your sales representative to schedule a training session.
