To change the buttons on a toolbar:
1. Display the Customize dialog box as explained in Customizing the Environment.
2. Click the Commands tab.
3. To move buttons, click on the button in the Toolbar. While holding down the mouse button, drag the button to a new location in the existing or different Toolbar. Release the mouse button to place the dragged button at the new location.
4. To add buttons, click the button that you want from an existing toolbar or from the Buttons box of the Commands tab. Buttons in the command tab have an accompanying description in the Description box.
You can also drag menu options from the Menu bar.
1. While holding the mouse button, drag the button to the place in the new toolbar where you want the button to appear. Release the mouse button, to drop the button into that location.
2. To delete a button, click on the button in the Toolbar. While holding down the mouse button, drag the button to anywhere below the Toolbar area. When you release the mouse button, the dragged button disappears.
3. To reset a Toolbar to its default buttons, click the Toolbars tab. Then, click on the Toolbar name to highlight it. Then, click the Reset button. You can also reset a Toolbar through the Toolbar dialog as explained in Toolbars Dialog.
