Creating New Toolbars

To create a new Toolbar.

1.      Display the Customize dialog box as explained in Customizing the Environment.

2.      Click the Toolbars tab.

3.      Click the New button.

4.      In the New Toolbar dialog box, enter a name for the new toolbar. Click OK to save the name and close the dialog box. The new name appears in the Toolbars list. A blank toolbar appears in the upper left of the ATEasy environment.

5.      Click the Commands tab.

6.      Select the name of the category that contains the command you want to use.

7.      Click the button that you want from an existing toolbar or from the Buttons box of the Commands tab. Buttons in the command tab have an accompanying description in the Description box.

You can also drag menu options from the Menu bar.

1.      While holding the mouse button, drag the button to the place in the new toolbar where you want the button to appear. Release the mouse button, to drop the button into that location.

2.      When you are finished dropping buttons, move the toolbar to a location in the environment. If you move it to one of the four edges, the toolbar attaches itself to that edge.

You can also create a Toolbar through the Toolbar dialog as explained in Toolbars Dialog.
