To display these options, select Options from the Tools menu and select the Log tab. These settings apply only to the Test Log window.

Fixed

Select a fixed font type to be used in the logs as the default for the Text format.

Size

Select a size for the fixed font.

Bold

Select to make the fixed font text bold.

Italic

Select to italicize the fixed font text.

Prop

Select a proportional font type to be used in the logs as the default for the HTML format.

Size

Select a size for the proportional font.

Bold

Select to make proportional font text bold.

Italic

Select to italicize the proportional font.

Clear Test Log Before Running

Select to automatically clear the log of all entries before an application is run.

Save Test Log Before Clearing

Select to automatically save the log before it is cleared.

Clear Build Log Before Build ( v5)

Clear Build Log before Build.

Use HTML Format as Default

Select to automatically use HTML as the default format for any log entries. Otherwise, log entries are appended and saved as text. These can be changed programmatically using the Log.PlainText property, for example, log1.PlainText=True. 

SaveAs Web Archive Single File ( v7)

If this is checked, then the Save As dialog will initially select this format, and Log files can be saved using the Single File Web Page format (*.mht).  This applies to File Save As menu as well as Save As Log context menu.
