from the Form Controls Toolbar, drag in the form area to draw a selection box around the controls you want to select. Controls partially outside the selection box are not selected.Form Design Tools are used to organize multiple elements on your form. There are three steps in using them.
1. Make your selection of form elements.
Using the Pointer tool from the Form Controls Toolbar, drag in the form area to draw a selection box around the controls you want to select. Controls partially outside the selection box are not selected.
2. If the dominant control ATEasy has selected is not the one you want, select the dominant control.
3. Apply the Form Design Tool of your choice. The Form Design Tools are on the Form Design Toolbar.
If the Form Design Toolbar is not showing, it can be made visible by selecting the Toolbars 
item from the View menu, and clicking on the Form Design checkbox.
