The ScaleMode combo box sets which units of measurement for coordinates will be used to scale and position the form, and to position controls on the form. The default unit is pixels, but the user has the choice of nine different settings for units. When the user changes the ScaleMode setting, the Left, Top, Height, and Width values are converted automatically to the equivalent units in the new measure.
