The Parameters tab of the Properties window displays only for ATEasy programs and drivers.

Name

Type the name of the string or numeric parameter used within the driver/program that you want to add.

The list of named parameters will be available in the Driver/Program Shortcut property box, under the Misc. tab, where you can assign values to the parameters. Pick parameter names which include the type of the parameter, that is, string or numeric, because ATEasy will balk when you attempt to assign a string value to a numeric parameter, or vice versa.

Type

The type of parameter. Select either Number for numeric or String.

Name/Type List box

The names and types of parameters you have added display in this list box.

Add

Type a parameter name in the Name text box. Click the Add button to add a new parameter for a driver/program.

Delete

Select the parameter you wish to delete in the Name/Type text box. Click the Delete button to delete a parameter for a driver/program.

Change

Select the parameter you wish to change in the Name/Type List box. Change the name of parameter type. Click the Change button to finalize the change.
