Use this command to activate Pause on Test Failure mode, in which testing is stopped any time a test is failed. For example, when the test's result is compared against the upper or lower limits or against the reference mask and does not match.
You can use Pause on Test Failure mode in conjunction with Continuous and Task by Task modes. (Using it in Test by Test mode makes no sense, because testing will be paused before each test regardless of the last test's success or failure.)
Pause on Test Failure can be activated or deactivated any time the program is not running. For example, it can be activated or deactivated when you pause the program or when the program stops due to a detected failure.
