Window Commands

Use the commands on ATEasy's Window menu to select and arrange windows in the ATEasy development environment. The Window menu contains the following commands:

Command	Description
Duplicate	Duplicates the current active tab window (ATEasy 2024 or newer, this command was named New Window prior to ATEasy 2024).
Split	Splits the active window into panes.
Close	Closes the current window.
Close All But This	Closes all open document windows except from the active window (v9).
Close All	Closes all windows.
Next	Displays the next window.
Previous	Displays the previous window.
Cascade	Arranges windows so they overlap. (No longer available in ATEasy 2021/11 or newer.
Tile Horizontally	Arranges windows as non-overlapping horizontal tiles. (No longer available in ATEasy 2021/11 or newer.
Tile Vertically	Arranges windows as non-overlapping vertical tiles. (No longer available in ATEasy 2021/11 or newer.
Arrange Icons	Arranges icons for closed windows. (No longer available in ATEasy 2021/11 or newer.
Windows...	Lets you activate, save, or close windows.
