The calibration certificate is created using the calibration template HTML file (CalEasyCertificateTemplate.htm). This file can be modified to create your own certificate template. The following image shows the calibration certificate created from the default template:

UNIT CALIBRATED section:
Manufacturer: Manufacturer name e.g. Marvin Test Solutions, Inc.
Model: Marvin Test Solutions model number, e.g. Gx5295
Serial Number: Marvin Test Solutions model serial number
Control Number: Marvin Test Solutions model control number (for internal and Customer service use)
Temperature: ambient temperature at the time of calibration
Relative Humidity: ambient humidity at the time of calibration
Calibration Time: local Calibration Time
Initial Calibration: if checked this is the first time this board was calibrated
Recalibration: if checked this is a board that is recalibrated (RMA etc.)
Received: In Tolerance: if checked
Out of Tolerance: if checked, the board was received as out of tolerance when verification ran prior to the calibration process
N/A: if checked no information is available regarding out of tolerance
Calibration Date: calibration date
Next Calibration Due: next date that the board is due to be calibrated again
Calibration Time: calibration local time
Calibration Method: the calibration program that was used to calibrate the board
Calibration Version: calibration program version
STANDARDS USED section; this section lists all the external standards that were used in the calibration process:
Manufacturer: standard Manufacturer name.
Model: standard Manufacturer model number
Serial Number: standard Manufacturer serial number
Calibration Expiration Date: when the standard was last calibrated
Reference Number: standard calibration reference number
NIST/Traceability: NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) Traceability reference number
AUXILIARY EQUIPMENT section; this section lists all the auxiliary equipment used to calibrate the board but does not require any calibration or service:
Manufacturer: the auxiliary equipment manufacturer
Model: the auxiliary equipment model number
Serial Number: auxiliary equipment serial number
CALIBRATION PERFORMED BY section; this section lists the name of the technician that ran the calibration:
Name: technician’s name
Signature: technician’s signature
