The GT5900 Carrier:
Supports a differential or single-ended UUT interface for GT25/50-DIO modules.
Accepts an auxiliary, differentially driven (or single-ended) clock signal for driving the I/O Module at UUT Interface #1.
Has a high-density, 68-pin, VHD connection to the UUT.
Has separate external event trigger support for low-order 16 bits. When enabled, this is routed through the Timing Module on the Master GT25/50-DIO board.
Selects external clock from either a UUT #2 (XCLK) or an I/O Module #1 (AUXCLK) source.
Makes auxiliary –5VDC and –12VDC available to UUTs or I/O modules on GT515x boards (J14).
