To reduce risk to circuit boards, always observe the following precautions:
1. Wear a grounding strap.
2. Leave the board in the anti-static bag until you install it. The anti-static bag protects the board from harmful static electricity.
3. Save the anti-static bag for repacking in case the board is removed from the computer in the future.
4. Carefully unpack and install the board. Do not drop the board or handle it roughly.
5. Handle the board at the edges. Do not touch any components.
6. Wear a grounding strap.
7. Check the contents of the shipping carton to verify that all items match the packing list.
8. Inspect the board for damage. Return damaged boards immediately. Refer to warranty information at the beginning of this manual.
9. Return the board to its anti-static bag until ready for installation and setup.
