IVI Configuration Store

During installation, the IVI configuration store will be updated to support usage of the driver.  These components include the IviDriver version 1 and IviDmm version 4.1 published APIs, if they do not already exist, as well as a software module with the description of the driver, and location of the DLLs.

If the user wants to create an interchangeable driver, they will be responsible for creating a Hardware Asset and Driver Session for the instrument.  And giving the session a logical name that matches the alias referenced in their interchangeable application.
