To initialize from the software front panel, the domain must be configured first in the Domain page. This page is used to group boards to a single domain so they will be addressed using the library functions as one unit. Every domain has a domain number, a master card and salve cards. Cards that belong to a domain must reside on an adjutant slots as shown here:

After the domain was configured, the Initialize button should be clicked to begin the initialization process. The panel always uses the GtDio6xInitialize function.
