The GX1838 is a Precision Multifunction DC Source card with:
Eight analog channels each can be connected to any of the three multifunction DC source rails.
Three multifunction DC source rails, each rail has its own set of available sources.
All rails have a high-resolution programmable high current voltage source. Voltages can be set from –10V to +32V @ 500mA for the standard version or –20V to +20V @ 500mA for the GX1838-20 version.
All rails can be connected to an external source via the external 25-pin D connector.
Rail C has an additional 500 Ohm fixed load.
A single 25-pin D-Type connector for the eight Output Channels, three external signals inputs and ground signals.
Each DAC can have up to three calibration data sources: Factory and two user defined calibration data sets which can be non-volatile (stored to the board) and volatile (dynamic).
Calibration data source for each DAC is set by software.
Calibration for each DAC can be done using MTS' calibration service or using CalEasy software. Calibration of the card using CalEasy requires purchasing of a special software license.
