Manual Scope

The purpose of this manual is to provide all the necessary information to install, use, and maintain the GX3104, Source Measure Unit (SMU) instrument and the GX3116e DUT Power Supply. This manual assumes the reader has a general knowledge of PC based computers, Windows operating systems, and some understanding of digital to analog conversion.

This manual also provides programming information using the GxSmu driver. Therefore, a good understanding of programming development tools and languages may be necessary.
