The GX6021 is a 300 MHz bandwidth, 3U high-density PXI switching card. The GX6021 has four groups of 1x4 Multiplexers configured by software to provide switch paths. Each switching group of the GX6021 has five channels. There are five relays to connect any one of the channels to the bus. In addition, there is a sixth relay to connect the group’s bus to the bus of the adjacent group.
Groups A (first group) and D (last group) can be connected to one another using two additional relays. The connection is done through the default-installed cable providing a shorter connecting path when possible for better bandwidth performance. Groups A (first group) and D (last group) can also be Daisy Chained to other Gx6021 cards.
