The GX6264 uses jumpers to configure different ground schemes and to preserve compatibility with the GT6064 (ISA based, 32 channels Scanner/Multiplexer) in the Single Ended mode. Jumpers JP1-JP5 configure the whole board; jumpers JP6-JP9 are used for section 1 and jumpers JP10-JP13 are used for section 2. If the switching board has to be reconfigured these jumpers can be uninstalled without damaging the board.
The figure below describes the location of the jumpers:

Notes: Jumpers JP6 to JP9 configure X0 bus and Y0 bus.
Jumpers JP10 to JP13 configure X1 bus and Y1 bus.
The following jumpers are paired: JP6 and JP8, JP7 and JP9, JP10 and JP12, JP11 and JP13.
Only one jumper from each pair may be used.
The Figure below describes Single Ended mode configuration. In the Single Ended mode, either the Hi or the Lo side of a local group bus is selected and connected to the Hi side of the Universal Bus. The Lo side of the Universal Bus is open (not connected).
An alternative configuration is available by installing jumpers JP8, JP9, JP12 or JP13. This connects the Lo side of the Universal Bus to analog ground (AGND). JP8 connects the Y0 Bus, JP9 the X0 Bus, JP12 the Y1 bus, and JP13 connects the X1 bus.
