ATEasy Driver For Rohde & Schwarz Spectrum Analyzers

Supported models: R&S® FSV, FSVR, FSP, FSU, FSQ, FMU, FSG, FSL, ESL, FSH4/8, FSMR, FSUP, FSC and ZVH
This driver was generated using ATEasy automated Import Function Panel (FP) tool.

The driver uses a DLL: rsspecan_32.DLL' provided with the R&S Spectrum Analyzer software package. It also requires a VISA installation and Windows XP SP 2 / Windows Vista or newer.
