I would  like to create a batch file that automaticaly:
1.runs ateasy with a specific workspace
2.automaticaly execute it (i wont have to press "run"...)

Does ATEasy.exe support parameters?

Yes, look in the help index for "ATEasy, ATEasy Command Line", you can use the /r"project file" to load/run a project from the IDE.
