I would like to view the incidents that other employees (Felipe Sanchez, Les Nicolas, Rio Christensen) of my company/site have created for our MTS-321 tester. Is there a way to do this?

There are two way of doing that: 1) type the users email and click share in the incident page (see attached picture). These users will have to have an account in order to login and see/download/upload and post to the incident. 2) you can create a share account by defining a group in your mail system (i.e ts321@mil.org).

I may have to expose MT1888A to extreme temps and would like to know what is the limit of environmental temperature range.

Most likely it will not handle the temp range I will expose to, so can you recommend anther product. Example, I can use fiber optic line in front of our product.

The normal operating temperature range is 0 to 50 degrees Celsius. We can customize it for extended ranges. Please contact us with details if you are interested. I suggest you use M@gic rather than the user forum for that.
