Register ATEasy,  Request for a License String

Thank you for purchasing a Marvin Test Solutions product. Please fill out the form below to register your product. Registration is required to activate your subscription plan (if purchased) which entitled you to receive free major upgrades and unlimited support. It is also required in order to receive service packs, news and more.

If you purchased a single or a network license, registration is required in order to obtain your license string. A license string is required to run ATEasy in a non-demo mode. Once you register you'll receive a license string which you enter to ATEasy (usually from the ATEasy About dialog) to activate and run ATEasy in non-demo mode. See the License Setup topic for more information.
