To display the Windows dialog, select Windows... from the Window menu. The dialog can be used to close selected windows or save documents displayed in selected windows or to activate a window.

Select Window(s) :

Displays a list of windows that are currently open. Click a name to select that window. Use the Ctrl + Click/Select or Shift+Click/Select to select additional windows or to extend selection.

Close

Closes this dialog.

Select All

Select all the windows displayed in the window list

Clear Selection

Deselect all the windows displayed in the window list.

Activate

Click to make the selected window the Active window (top).

Save

Save all documents for the selected windows.

Close Window(s)

Click to close the selected window(s).
