The Sharing page of Driver Properties contains items related to versioning and to security.
The Versions button brings up the Versions dialog window, which allows you to track the changes in your work by saving distinct, labelled versions.
Displays the last number, name, and date saved of the latest version of the file. For more information on versions, see Saving Versions.
Select this checkbox to bring up the Versions dialog window before a file can be saved.
Default - not checked. Select this option to automatically add a record containing the time and user name every time the document is saved. For more information on versions, see Saving Versions.
Default - checked. Select this option to store a Last Version record in the document containing the time and user last saved document. Version prior to ATEasy v10 always store that record. For more information on versions, see Saving Versions.
Select this checkbox to encrypt the Driver. Encryption protect the file from viewing its content using file editors/viewers. It is recommended to use this option when Access to the file is password protected.
Select the access right you would like to set password: Open, View, and Change. Password protected documents shows in the workspace with a key icon next to the shortcut. The password must be entered in the Driver Shortcut Properties - Sharing page to provide the desired access for the document.
Default - not checked. Check this option to use the current ATEasy serial number (SN) instead of password. The access to the file will be allowed only if the same ATEasy serial number currently used to the serial number when the check box was checked.
Enter your desired password for the access selected. You can enter password for each access, you wish to protect the document: Open, View and Change. The access granted is determine by the password. So, enter different password for each access that you need.
Enter your desired password again.
Note: Remember your password; you do not want to be locked out of your own driver. You have to enter the password (in the System Shortcut - Share property) in order to perform each access operation: Open, View, and Change of the system module.
