Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on supervisory position that is responsible for the design, build, and test of electronic test hardware and test software to support engineering. The selected candidate will provide guidance to the team in design tolerance, component selection, design for reliability and manufacturability. Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and manufacture customized ATE testers and Test Program Sets developments.
- Performed circuit analysis of complex systems, sub-systems, LRUs, SRUs under test to configure necessary system resources for test system development.
- Established all HW, SW requirements for test systems, ITAs, cables and harnesses using COTS items. Select, procure materials and parts.

- Provide training and customer support on delivered system. Performed test systems, test program sets installation, and acceptance on site and at customer sites.
Required Recent Experience / Knowledge:
- Minimum of 5+ years of direct ATE Test Development experience.
- Thorough understanding of analog & digital electronic circuits
- Windows-based test software development with design tools such as, ATLAS, ATEasy, LabView, Visual Basic, Visual C++, LabWindows, etc. (5 years minimum)
- Designing circuits using schematic capture packages such as Protel, Orcad, etc. (3 years minimum)
- Proficient with standard test instrumentation, equipment such as DMM, Scope, Power Supply, Function Generator, Data Acquisition, DIO, PIO…
- Proficient with Microsoft's suite of programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word).

This is a technical hands-on supervisory position responsible for on-time/on-budget design, test, integration, and production of airborne electronics products used on Mission Equipment and Stores Management Systems
Managed multiple projects to design, configure, and manufacture airborne electronics products while maintaining on-time and on-budget performance.

Responsibilities:
- Wiring Interface Test Adapters (ITA’s) using wire lists and/or schematics.
- Assembling test systems/racks in accordance with design drawings.
- Assembling cables and harnesses using schematic diagrams.
- Interpret and follow engineering drawings, manufacturing assembly instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Inspect own work prior to submitting to Inspection.

- Work as part of a cross-functional team to support the analysis and development of RF test applications for components, modules, and systems.
