Responsibilities:
- Develop and edit technical documents including test plans, test procedures, operation manuals/user guides, and technical orders
- Work closely with project/program managers and engineering staff to coordinate documentation review and obtain approval/release
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our documentation processes and templates
- Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices related to technical writing and documentation
Required Recent Experience / Knowledge:
- Associate of Science (AS) degree or equivalent
- Background in electronics, test, and mechanical assembly processes
- Experience using MS-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills, dependability, self-motivation, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Desired Skills:
- Candidates with at least 5 years of experience researching and creating technical documentation for military equipment will be given extra consideration.

- Design, configure, and manufacture customized ATE testers and Test Program Sets developments.
- Performed circuit analysis of complex systems, sub-systems, LRUs, SRUs under test to configure necessary system resources for test system development.

Required Recent Experience / Knowledge:
- Minimum of 5+ years of direct ATE Test Development experience.
- Thorough understanding of analog & digital electronic circuits
- Windows-based test software development with design tools such as, ATLAS, ATEasy, LabView, Visual Basic, Visual C++, LabWindows, etc. (5 years minimum)
- Designing circuits using schematic capture packages such as Protel, Orcad, etc. (3 years minimum)

We're looking for candidates with 5+ years of field experience as a Quality Inspector in electronics manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and dimensional checks various incoming products (sheet metal, PCBAs or CCAs, Printed Boards or PCBs, Conformal Coating, Labels or markings, Cables, Harnesses; COTS items, and etc.) at various stages (Incoming, RMA, In-process, Final, Shipping, etc.)
- Perform First Article Inspection and prepare FAIRs as needed.
- Test and or verify products for a variety of characteristics such as functional performance mechanically or electrically, or chemical properties or composition.
- Record Inspection findings and generate NCMR’s, DCRs’ and ERRs’ as needed.
- Communicate with the Project Mangers or QA for any possible delays and/or resolutions of any urgent and high priority jobs.
Required Recent Experience / Knowledge:
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry such as decimals, fractions, length, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to read, comprehend and interpret engineering drawings and documentation such as electrical schematic diagrams, mechanical and assembly drawings, BOM, and assembly instructions, and etc.
- Ability to confer with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards or applicable requirements.
