ATEasy Driver For Agilent 532xxA Counter/Timer Unit

Agilent Tabletop Universal Frequency Counter/Timer Unit

Supported models: 53210A, 53220A, 53230A

This driver was generated using ATEasy automated Import Function Panel (FP) tool.

The driver uses a DLL: 'Ag532xx.dll'. provided with the VXIPlug&Play Driver Version 1.0.6.0 for Agilent 532xx Frequency Counter Instrument software package. It also requires the Agilent I/O libraries 16.0 be installed.
