Did you set the path of the user file to a different location than system32?
If you did not, I've included the default ATEasy.usr file you can copy it to your Windows System32 folder or SysWOW64 on x64 machines. If your application does not verify for specific ATEasy.usr content or path - copying it should work. Note that If you customized the test executive your changes will be lost.
