The TS-201B is a state-of-the-art I-Level and Depot level test set for MIL-STD-1760 and legacy armament systems including launchers and bomb racks. The TS-201 supports all versions of the Hellfire launcher including the legacy M272/M310, M299 Longbow, and Modernized M299 (MM299). The TS-201B also tests the electronic assemblies of these launchers. Additionally, the TS-201B supports air to air Sidewinder launchers and bomb racks including the STAR and the TER-9A.
In the I-Level configuration, the TS-201B performs parametric functional test on the launchers and launcher electronic assemblies and provides troubleshooting to the next assembly.The Depot configuration of the TS-201 is also capable of testing some of the LEA's Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs) including the Processor CCA, QMI CCA, and Power Supply CCA with troubleshooting to the component level.
State-of-the-Art Architecture
The design of the TS-201B includes full MIL-STD-1760 compliance as well as sophisticated ROM Emulation technology for CCA testing.
M299/MM299 rails and LEA station are tested simultaneously (all 4), reducing test time significantly and providing for true cross-fire and stray voltage test capabilities.
Qualifications
The TS-201B has been approved by the U.S. Army to be used as the production tester of the M299 and MM299 Launchers. The tests performed by the TS-201B meet or exceed all M299 and MIL-STD-1760 requirements.
Meeting Operational Environment Requirements
The TS-201B is available in laboratory and transportable configurations. The rugged construction of the transportable configuration provides for reliable transportability between facilities and operation in hangers. The TS-201B can be deployed anywhere in the world and be ready for operation within hours of installation. Currently, the TS-201B is deployed in the U.S.A. and in the UK.
Maintenance and Support
The TS-201B's modular design and construction features simplified maintenance and reduced logistics. An available spare parts kit supports in-country maintenance using the integrated self-test adapter that provides troubleshooting to the CCA level. The high MTBF and low MTTR guarantee minimal down-time and continuous trouble-free use.
