Solution:
This issue is caused by corrupted ATEasy Workspace key the the Windows registry.
This problem can be fixed by editing the Windows Registry which will cause ATEasy IDE to reset all windows position to default:
1. Exit ATEasy.
2. Start the Registry Editor (REGEDIT.EXE).
3. In the Registry editor, select the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Geotest\ATEasy\Workspace
4. To delete the whole IDE windows position delete the whole key.
To delete the properties window position and size delete the PropertiesPlacement from the Full key.
