Summary

ATEasy 4.x or above notifies the user when file loaded by ATEasy was modified extrnally by another User or Application.

Solution:

This problem can happen only in ATEasy 4.x and above running on Windows 9x.

This is due to a known windows 98 bug with FindFirstChangeNotification Windows API used by ATEasy that does not return notification when file saved on network drive.
