HSRL: Hellfire Scalable Rail Missile Launcher

The Hellfire Scalable Rail Launcher (HSRL) provides lightweight single- and multi-rail launch capability for the AGM-114 family of missiles without the need for external electronics or AC power. With integrated rail electronics and M299 compatible MIL-STD-1760 interface, the DC-only HSRL can be easily integrated into smaller platforms and distributed systems such as those planned for FARA and FLRAA aircraft.

The HSRL redefines versatility and capability in lightweight armament systems. Designed for agility and adaptability, this DC-only launcher supports all Hellfire II (including Romeo) and Longbow Hellfire variants, with software upgradeability to JAGM.

HSRL Single Rail

Boasting compliance with the M299 MIL-STD-1760 interface, the HSRL’s compact, distributed electronics offer seamless integration for various platforms, including Canister-launched Hellfire applications, Light Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), and other weight-restricted platforms that can benefit from reduced weight and DC-only operation.

Its scalable design allows flexible configurations: Single-rail, Dual-rail, Triple rail, or Quad-rail, catering to platform-specific requirements. This launcher’s groundbreaking weight reduction—single rail under 16 lbs. and Dual-Rail under 50 lbs.—extends range and duration or enables smaller UAS platforms to carry additional payload.
